In order to minimize the number of people in my salon suite, please remain in your vehicle and text me when you arrive in the parking lot.
In order to best accommodate the needs of your schedule and the upkeep of the maintenance of your hair, we recommend that each of our dear clients book their upcoming appointments in advance. Appointments will be confirmed 24 hours before set appointment via text message.
Your appointments are very important to me. Time allotted for an appointment is reserved specifically for you to enjoy your services. I do understand that sometimes unavoidable situations arise and schedule adjustments are necessary. I will do my best to work with you in the event of an emergency. However, I respectfully request at least a 24-hour notice to adjust or reschedule your appointments.
In accordance to our cancellation policy, the stylists of Salon Mood may charge a cancellation fee of 20% for no-shows and last-minute appointment cancellations.
If you are more than 15 min late we can not guarantee the full length of your service, and you may be asked to reschedule.
At Salon Mood we strive to create the ideal look for each guest and take pride in our work and services. If you are unsatisfied or have any questions or concerns about the services you have received, please notify us within 3 days of services.
Within that period, services can be corrected with the original stylist free of charge. We do not issue refunds. We require that you return to the salon promptly to see the stylist who performed the initial service. At that time we will make every effort to correct the problem to your satisfaction. These adjustments are available to you at no cost within a week of your initial service.
Any redo request made after one week from the original service date will be subject to full-service prices.
The redo policy does not cover a change in the style or color initially requested.
Salon Mood will not be liable nor offer redo services for hair color that has been done outside of our salon.
